An automatic email confirmation will immediately be sent to you to let you know that the web site has registered your order. Within 1-2 working hours one of our sales staff will download your securely encrypted order and decrypt it using our own secure password. We shall then send you an email to confirm that we have actioned your order and we will provide you with an order number. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock we will inform you what the timescale is likely to be and you will have the option to proceed or cancel the order.
