Carby B.o.s. is the most advanced development of the carbon fiber
silencer with oval section and it embodies Arrow long term experience
in the world of competitive racing. The maxi oval section maintains
the overall dimension of the silencer at an optimal size while reducing
considerably the sound emission without affecting negatively the performance
of the CX Carby exhaust range. CX Carby B.o.s. silencers are manufactured
using the craftsmanship procedure typical of ARROW production style,
using only the best quality stainless steel and 100 % carbon fiber
silencer shell. In order to achieve the highest quality and top performance
levels, matching of the exhaust components are individually checked
to assure a uniform gas flow. Assembly procedure is done on welding
jigs using manual T.I.G. and M.I.G welding process in combination
with solid billet aluminium bushings to the cylinder ports. CX Carby
B.o.s are available both for stock collectors and as a complete system
with high or low intermediate joint. Replacing the silencer allows
a considerable weight saving and a consistent performance gain; features
that are enhanced even further if the silencer is fitted in combination
with the Arrow exhaust collectors. |
