Meet The Staff....
Colin
Me, the boss! Started MSW in November 2000 from the back bedroom. Packed in my career as a consultant engineer at the grand old age of 40 to do what I'd always wanted to do - run my own business selling performance parts.
Alexa
My other half. Alexa packed in her job too and joined the business in August 2002 to help with the mountains of admin and paperwork we were beginning to generate. She looks after the books and anything else I tell/ask her to do - its nice to be the boss for 8 hours a day!
Simon
Joined us in March 2002 just prior to taking on our first industrial unit. Simon has proved a real 'find' and has been key in helping me grow the business to the stage it is at. He started working in the study at home with me and now runs our custom exhaust centre. Simon's interests are cars and karaoke.....
Gordon
Joined us in March 2004. Gordon picked up the ropes really quickly and very rapidly became a key member of staff processing the online orders and answering phone enquiries. He now supervises the online sales and phone sales.

Ken
I have known Ken for years - we both started work at the same engineering laboratory back in 1987. Ken was an IT specialist there and he designed the original MSW website when he left to start his own internet business in 1999. The code that runs our online shop is also Ken's own purpose built code. Ken and I agreed to join forces and he started as a full time employee of MSW in November 2004. We now look after other e-commerce clients as well as MSW.
